A worked example
From Monday 5 January 2026 to Monday 12 January there are five weekdays. Excluding Tuesday 6 January as a holiday leaves four.
How it is calculated
The start date is included and the end date excluded. Saturdays, Sundays and unique weekday holidays are removed.
Common mistakes and limitations
No official holiday calendar is preloaded. Enter the national, regional, local or company holidays that apply. A weekend holiday is not subtracted twice.
